1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing the platform, or interacting with BiPeer services at https://bipeer.com, you enter into a legally binding agreement with BiPeer Ecosystem ("BiPeer," "we," "our," or "us").

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Eligibility & Minimum Age

You must be at least 16 years of age to register an account on BiPeer. By signing up, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal capacity to enter into these Terms under the laws of your jurisdiction.

If you register on behalf of a university department, company, club, or NGO, you represent that you are an authorized representative with authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Institutional Verification

Users must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and enabling multi-factor authentication where available.

Institutional Email Verification: Student accounts claiming affiliation with specific universities must verify access via their assigned institutional email (e.g. .edu.pk). Falsification of academic credentials or student status is grounds for immediate account suspension.

You retain all ownership and copyright in the content, resumes, articles, questions, and media you submit to BiPeer.

By posting content to public areas of BiPeer, you grant BiPeer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for operating, promoting, and improving the platform. You represent that you own or have necessary licenses for all materials you post.

6. Prohibited Conduct & Advertising Fraud

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Posting fraudulent job vacancies, deceptive scholarships, or phishing links.
• Harassment, hate speech, defamation, impersonation, or doxxing of other scholars.
• Automated account creation, bot scraping, or denial-of-service attacks.
• Advertising Click Fraud: You must not click on your own advertisements, use automated click generators, or encourage third parties to click on BiPeer ads. Doing so violates both BiPeer terms and Google publisher policies and results in an immediate permanent ban.

8. Artificial Intelligence Advisory Disclaimer

BiPeer's Pathfinder and Job Fit features utilize large language models (including Google Gemini). AI outputs are probabilistic estimates generated for educational and informational brainstorming. They do not constitute formal academic counseling, guaranteed admissions decisions, or binding employment advice.

9. Payments, Safepay & Subscriptions

All monetary transactions on BiPeer are processed through licensed merchant gateways (Safepay) in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or supported international currencies.

• Subscriptions: Upgrades to Student Premium or Creator Pro grant immediate access to advanced analytics and an ad-free browsing experience.
• Billing Periods: Subscriptions run for the paid billing cycle (e.g. monthly or annual).
• Taxes: Fees are inclusive or exclusive of applicable provincial sales taxes as itemized during checkout.

10. Cancellations & Refund Policies

You may cancel an active subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your premium privileges and ad-free entitlement remain active until the end of your prepaid period (currentPeriodEnd).

Refund requests for duplicate charges, technical failures, or billing discrepancies are handled under our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11. Suspension & Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, post unlawful content, or infringe intellectual property.

12. Intellectual Property & Copyright

The BiPeer brand, logos, software codebase, visual designs, and database structures are the exclusive intellectual property of BiPeer Ecosystem. For copyright infringement claims, refer to our Copyright & IP Policy.

13. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BIPPEER AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BiPeer and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any third-party rights.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any contractual disputes arising out of your use of BiPeer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.

Any disputes that cannot be settled amicably through our Complaints Handling Procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Islamabad Capital Territory / Punjab, Pakistan.

16. Changes to Terms & Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice via email or an in-platform notification prior to the effective date.
