The BiPeer software platform, databases, and commercial operations are owned and managed by BiPeer Ecosystem.
Our engineering and operational teams maintain the platform to ensure uninterrupted service delivery, rigorous student credential verification, and strict data privacy protections across our user base.
3. Operating Jurisdiction
BiPeer is headquartered and operated primarily from the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with regional administrative jurisdiction in Islamabad Capital Territory / Punjab, Pakistan.
4. Safepay Merchant Identification
When completing paid transactions on BiPeer (including Student Premium, Creator Pro, and paid campus event passes), payments are processed through Safepay.
Your bank statement or payment notification will reflect charges under BiPeer or our registered legal billing entity, in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
5. Trademarks & Copyright Ownership
All platform software code, user interface components, algorithms, database schemas, graphics, and trademarks associated with BiPeer are the exclusive intellectual property of BiPeer Ecosystem and protected by national and international copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws. Unauthorized scraping, copying, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy.
