Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy defines permitted and prohibited technical activities on BiPeer networks, server infrastructures, APIs, and advertising systems.
1. Purpose & Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs all technical interactions with BiPeer systems, including our website, mobile applications, APIs, databases, and third-party integrations (Safepay, Google AdSense, AWS S3).
This policy applies to all users, automated services, third-party developers, and organizations accessing BiPeer.
2. Technical Security & Infrastructure Protection
You must not compromise or attempt to compromise the integrity or security of BiPeer:
- Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any BiPeer server, system, or network without prior written authorization.
- Breaching or circumventing authentication or security mechanisms (including CSRF protections, rate limiters, or session tokens).
- Distributing malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or corrupt data packages.
- Engaging in denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, distributed load flooding, or resource exhaustion.
- Forging any TCP/IP packet header, email routing header, or proxy identity.
3. API Usage & Automated Scraping Rules
Automated Scraping Prohibited: Extracting student profiles, verified university directories, job listings, or scholarship databases via automated scrapers, headless browsers, or crawler bots without explicit written consent is strictly forbidden.
Search Engine Indexing: Compliant search engine crawlers (e.g. Googlebot, Bingbot, Mediapartners-Google) are permitted to index public discovery routes strictly in accordance with our robots.txt directives.
4. Strict Prohibition of Advertising Fraud
Google AdSense Compliance Directive
BiPeer strictly prohibits any form of invalid traffic generation, click fraud, or artificial impression inflation. Users and developers are explicitly forbidden from:
- Clicking on BiPeer advertisements manually or using automated bots to generate revenue.
- Incentivizing other students or third parties to click on advertisements ("support our platform by clicking ads").
- Directing automated traffic, bot nets, or paid click-farms to BiPeer ad placements.
- Obscuring, modifying, or altering Google AdSense script tags, ad iframes, or tracking pixels.
Violations of this section will result in immediate permanent account termination, IP-level blocking, and reporting to partner ad network compliance desks.
5. Payment Gateway & Transaction Integrity
You must not manipulate Safepay checkout URLs, replay webhook signatures, spoof payment tracker tokens, or utilize stolen credit cards or fraudulent bank accounts on BiPeer. Any suspected payment fraud is referred to financial crime authorities and banking partners in Pakistan.
6. Enforcement, Forensics & Penalties
BiPeer actively monitors telemetry logs for abusive traffic patterns. We reserve the right to immediately terminate access, revoke sessions, block offending IP ranges, and pursue civil or criminal remedies under the Pakistan Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) and international cybersecurity statutes.
